All Sales Are Final

Each item is custom-designed and handcrafted to your specifications. As a result, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations cannot be accommodated once production has begun. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Payment Methods

Zelle and Venmo are accepted for all online purchases.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available upon request.

Payment must be received and confirmed before production begins. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup, delivery, or shipment.

Photo Editing Surcharge

Customer-provided photos may require editing to achieve the best engraving results. If additional photo preparation is needed, a $20 editing fee per photo may apply.

Customers will be notified and approval will be obtained before any editing charges are incurred.

Photo Consent

By submitting photos for use in a custom order, you represent that you have the right to use and share those images.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant Laser and Leisure Gifting permission to use photographs of completed products, including engraved images, for promotional purposes such as social media, website content, advertising, and marketing materials.

If you prefer that your photos or personalized items not be displayed publicly, please notify us at the time of your order.

• Select areas of Jersey City, New Jersey

Shipping outside of the local service area may be available upon request. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply.

Custom Orders

Custom logos, artwork, and personalized designs may require a one-time design, editing, and setup fee starting at $25, depending on the file type, complexity, and quality of the artwork provided.

Turnaround Times

Most orders are completed within 2–5 business days. Larger orders, specialty materials, and custom design requests may require additional time.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
